Got my ps3 stolen

this is a true story, no **** somebody broke into my crib while i was asleep and stoled my playstation 3, it was a 40 gig, but still its alot of money, they didnt take none of my games though,which was weird as hell, but i assume the person who stole it already had the games i had, so anyways i felt kinda pissed off at first, i was able to relax,before i punched a hole in the wall lol, i called the police and they said they going to have a look into it, its no big deal really, i get alot of money, so ima mainly get a new ps3 like one-two weeks from now, i just thought i drop this, so you guys can be more aware, alright, have a good day every1, bye.

Exactly! I have a gun under my bed, and my dog sleeps in my room. Nobody can sneak past my dog, Brutus the ballistic Bull Terrier. He will literally launch himself as a misslie towards someone one. He's crazy.

I live in the UK so I cant really have a gun to protect me from burgalars unfortunately. But then there is the plus side of way less gun releated deaths and less chance of getting shot myself.

Please explain what you just said to the American government. Kinda hard to do when your government gives you th right to bear arms. Why? I still don't know. :D

Someone broke into my house when I was sleeping they took my TV, DVD player, and microwave. When I called the cops they came and took finger prints and stuff.

Most of the time when someone breaks into your home it's someone you know. Although I know who broke into my house but I can't prove it.

YES. It's a Smith & Weson 45. Lots of stopping power. Gun related deaths is just part of life here so I don't worry about it too much. I'm not saying I'd be OK with getting shot, but it happens. So why not protect myself? Got to.

Bullmastiffs are great dogs. Growing up my dad had 3 bullmastiffs and they were all wonderful dogs.

Wow where do you live? The police department here in NY are completely useless other than giving tickets to parked vehicles. I wish they would at least collect some finger prints when someone gets robbed around here

my storys wierd too...

i rode my bike to the mall to get a PS3 game, and when i got there i locked my bike with a lock that locks with a key. so i go into the mall and look around there for about half an hour. i come back to my bike to ride home, only i saw my bike with no bike lock....now i ask, who the hell would steal my bike lock, but not the bike...lucky hes dumb enough to do that

Chances are it was a "friend" or a "friend of a friend" as they knew exactly what they were going for and took nothing else. It was a focused crime with one goal. Have you had any new people over lately? Has anyone said that they wished they had a PS3 that has been over or knows where you live? If you think about it for a few minutes you can probably get a pretty good idea of who ripped you off. The cops could pay those people a visit and ask to come in without a need for a warrant. If the cops know what a PS3 looks like then they could identify it easily. That is all considering the cops woould take the 30 minutes to send an officer to question a potential suspect in their home...

Sorry man. Best advice is to be careful about who you invite into your home. If a friend of a friend seems shady it is because they probably are.

Even if they outlawed guns in the U.S. it would still probably be very easy for criminals to get their hands on one. Then we get shot like rabbits.

how can you be so calm after a robbering in your house, and i dont mean it because of the missing of your ps3 but for the fact that someone broke into your house :?

you need to close well your doors when you are asleep and when nobody is in home, i mean really well so no one can enter easily and windows too, the dog thing is also a great idea man you need to worry about your safety well i would do that if i were you... cya :)
