Yes, I am excited for this game and I do think the trailer was ok, but it hardly showed anything, so how can it be amazing or insane? I couldn't understand if we saw gameplay or a semi-battle, but come on! Lets keep it real here.

i know its just a teaser, and a good teaser at that (remember the dark knight movie teaser) but its nice to see that its in full production and that they were serious enough about it to make a super detailed kratos for us to drool at.

it did look amazing and insane: it said God of War with roman numeral 3, and playstation 3. thats more than enough for me.

i couldnt tell anything buy the trailer we dont have any gameplay and who knows how longs its gonna come out i know 09 4 sure though

All this did was confirm that it will come. I wanted to see at least some gameplay or maybe something that seemed like a trailer. It was teaser, not a trailer.
Yes, it wasn't nothing special, but it was great to hear from God of War III. At least a short teaser was better than nothing, I haven't heard from the game since its was "confrimed", now I am sure its confrimed and happy to see some sort of information on GoW III. :)
I really wish Sony would release GOW III on the PS2 too.
The series started on the PS2 it should end on the PS2.

The PS2 won't be able to handle the power like the PS3 can. Many series started on the PS2, some just can't stay on it, like Devil May Cry 4, it didn't stay on the PS2. Although GoWIII still might be awesome on the PS2, I doubt it will give that full graphical experience like the PS3.
It was a teaser. Everybody already knew it was coming out. It's not going to be released for a while. Stop getting all giddy over it. It didn't show any gameplay. I swear some of you Sony fans are so gullible.
GoW I, II are my fav game(s) of all time. I played and beat that game on Titan. I can't wait for GoW III, I watched all the DVD's behind the scenes w/ II how it pushed the ps2 to the max, how they acheived that ec..., so I hope they push the PS3 more than any game to date.
Na man it shouldn't be on ps2, they said in the documentary GoW II showed how great a machine the ps2 was and it was like a final showcase of the ps2.
