I asked at my local Gamestop store - they had Jan 1st in their system - hope that's not correct and it's sooner than that !!!

I think every possible release date before Christmas has been covered so far across the internet. I say if Sony can't get a release date right then how can anyone else, I'll believe a release date when I actually see the boxes on the shelves.Flatbattery

Until the product actually goes off to manufacturing any release date is tentative. I'm surprised people don't understand this by now.

Considering the 8th is a Wednesday and games launch on Tuesday's in NA, I'd say this is false. If it were a european Amazon site, I'd say maybe.

Amazon also said UC3 is coming out next year without an official announcement from Sony or Naughty Dog...I wouldn't hold my breath.
