If this turns out to be true I knew they couldnt leave the organized crime scene alone. Nyc seems like a good spot. What do you guys think?

Wasnt GTA3 loosely based off of New York? and besides I have a hunch that its going to be Detroit, I live about ten miles away from Detroit and on EVERY street corner on EVERY electrical box for the stop lights there is a big ole' Rockstar games sticker stuck to it. it will be great if they have a weather system so that GTA IV would be able to get snow in the game, i think that this could be an awsome idea. it would give the game a new and greater experience.
