True - but I really think things will turn around for PS3, too many great games coming. August is a good month for PS3 owners with Warhawk, GRAW2, Lair which will continue month after month for awhile it seems.

Hopefully Sony announces a PS3 pricedrop in PAL and in Japan, that will spark a huge increase in sales.

Do you expect Sony to keep the PS3 at 599$? The 80gb model is a bundle, Sony will offer a standalone version... and I'm willing to bet that standalone version will appear right about the same time the 60Gb runs out, and for 499$. And I have absolutely ZERO proof this is happening other than the fact it is the only logical thing I can see happening. Sony wants to expand the userbase, they talked about this at E3 - I really don't think they'd take a step backwards like that.\

The 360 price cut is coming at the start of August so that will boost the 360 sales like it did with the PS3.

VGChartz os a very reliable site. Yeah, it may be approximations but soare NPD and ChartTrack. Whatsmore, they change the data slightly when NPD data is released to make the numbers more accurate.

Also, the GPU in the PS3 is not weaker, but it isn't as modern as the 360 processor. Meaning that theoritically the PS3 GPU is (as you would say) supreme, but the developers will find it easier to make the most out of the 360 GPU. Anywho, the cell makes up for it more than enough.

U got 2 remember that about less than half of xbox360 owners brought 2 or 3 xbox 360 because their old ones got the Red Ring Of Death (RROD) so in reality, there will be less xbox360's around than the total because all those figures r based in retail sales

Actually, VGChartz records total numbers sold, not repaired. The number sold is very similar to the one shown on that site.

It's been proved so many times that I thought that I wouldn't even need proof to back my statement. PS3s GPU is supreme, deal with it xbot. U know that PS3s GPU is supreme, so just leave the PS3 boards.

PS. 2 bad I can't even report u since the mods won't do athing to get rid of xbots... It's futile, maybe I should come trolling xbox forums... Like I would. I am not that immature.

I know the PS3has most powerfull specs butwith the existing line up of game the PS3 still has to prove itself.I own a PS3 and 360 so i don't have a blindfanboy point of veiw and take one side.
