Does anyone know if the Oblivion greatest hits will be the GOTY version or just the plain version w/o the xpacs?

these games are becoming greatests hits and will be sold for $30... but gamestop already sells them new for $30 or less... so whats the big deal about the greatest hits?.. those games up there are $20-$30 new already...polishkid99
