The Gran Turismo HD demo that launched in Europe was actually an upgraded version of what we have in the US. What is one different? THERE IS A SETTING FOR RUMBLE!!!!! http://ps3.qj.net/Gran-Turismo-HD-Concept-2-0-Let-s-get-ready-to-RUMBLE-/pg/49/aid/87158

i actually think that the lawsuit between Immersion and Sony had something to do with that statement...now that they have settled the dispute...its 'ok' to take back that statement...

it was. Phil Harrison stated it in an interview. He was asked that question and he was like, "We were in the middle of litigation. What did you expect me to say?"

I think this just further leads to the idea that rumble is evidently coming to the PS3......and with support being added to games.....this could be sooner than expected.

it won't work. but PolyPhonic Digital(developers of Gran Turismo) is a first party developer for Sony(Sony owns them). So this is basically Sony putting rumble into their games which is showing that they are supporting it. Now they just have to release a controller.

So this means a logitech steering wheel should put out Force Feedback.

I can't believe people thought you'd be able to add rumble to controllers through a firmware update lol

He could just have told the truth for once. But I guess thats not the way Sony handles things.
