No word on when or if it will come to NA. The difference is that this is the GT5 Prologue Demo (which features 7 cars, 1 track, and the News and GTTV features) and the "priced demo" as you called it is actually GT5 Prologue (which is said to have around 30 cars, 7 tracks, the News and GTTV features, as well as online play). Basically the demo is a demo for Prologue which is a demo for the finished GT5.
