i found out its 4,500 yen when it comes out in japan and that equals $39

i see how sony is doing their $40 games like warhawk, this, and socom... but 40 bucks for a game with 5 tracks and 20 somethin cars. seems pretty high for that. I mean ill still end up buying it if it comes to USA but thats alot

anyone know if the actual game with hit the us this year?

the gt website says 5 tracks and they already announced 3, then they have a list of 20-30 cars but that could grow to maybe 40

This is Prologue...its 5 tracks and 20 cars, its a Prologue to the game GT5, the demo released is a demo of the Prologue.

Noone has been misinformed.

And yes $40 is a steep price, historically this has been a Japanese only thing so the likely hood of this coming to the US is very very slim.

Not true, GT4 prologue was definately released in Australia. With online distribution I say that there's more of a chance it will GT5 Prologue will make it to the states.

Also I read somewhere that Prologue will have online play. If this is true, it would be well worth the $40US

Also don't forget that Prologue will feature online racing. $40 is not too steep for a solid online sim.

Do not support bad deals. You do not want the PS3 to have expensive expansions like the 360.

GT Prologue always been a bad deal, though it sells. So nothing you can do about it.

It will have multiplayer!! It's mainly for GT fans who want some action early...
