gta 4 online connecting question

Ok yesterday and today, me and my friends wanted to play gta4 online. None of us could connects, it said under multiplayer. Connecting to game service or something like that.

happened 2 me but i think it is woking now

It happened to me yesterday,it said 'could not connect to the game provider'.Haven't tried since then.
