I got the game today and i noticed that the frame rate is very slow. how do you fix this????
you dont! you're just gonna have to live with it. it seems like most rockstar games have low framerates. there good game developers just not good programers.
I sure that you will get used to it in time - probably think other games are running too fast then. lol
