GTA 4 Taxi Q?

one time i was drunk after coming from restaurant they said you should probly get taxy to drive you home how do you flag taxes down and can they take you anywhere or was it only 4 that mission?

Press L1 near a taxi and you while whistle. You have to hold triangle to get in the back seat instead of jacking the car though.
