GTA IV blurry piece of crap

The graphics are fantastic...especially for how much is going on in the game world and its' size. The character models do have their quarks but they more than do the job. Every game has its' own style.

The artistic style put into the city is phenomenal.

I just got this game its like a blur when playing it. last GTA game I buy. I thought Halo 3 graphics were bad! GTV IV is at the top of the worst graphics right below Mx vs Atv untamedWhyuStillAlive

Something might be wrong with your game or PS3 if it is as bad as you make it sound. I know there is a overwhelming amount of bloom and long distance blur and WAY TOO MUCH blur when driving REALLY fast, but you make it seem like its like that all the time... I dunno. Maybe you just don't like how it looks. Other wise it look ecellent to me except for some things.

True that. There is alot of blur on distant objects, but everything is drawn an incredibly long distance away. You can fly in a helicopter and see the whole city at the same time.

So, would you rather have the blur so they could lessen the distant textures a bit, or would you like to have building and people fade into existance when you get close to them, like how the earlier GTA's did?

I'll take the blur.

im playing it with normal cables and it seems fine

Try turning down the sharpness on your tv. I found this helped.x-2tha-z

The graphics i agree are not pin sharp but on agame this size.....i guess its inevitable. Try turning the rgb setting from full to limited, that helps and adjust the visual settings in the game.

The graphics are fine... or at least tolerable. Anyways, GTA isn't about the graphics. :|

Oh yeah, I love the blur.
