They wouldn't do that. They haven't ever released a demo and I don't think they'll start now. They could however release some gameplay videos. Maybe like 30minutes long?

the least they could have done is not tell us it will be out this year. does it look bad for MS? their E3 conference was "here and now" or w/e, games that were coming out this year. not their fault i know, just sayin
No one will be getting anything until M$ allows them to because M$ has spent a large sum of money to try and keep the game exclusive to them first. But now this could in fact backfire on them and the game could be scrubed because the developers can't fit the game on one DVD like MS wants them to.
demo is probably not gonna happen. if they are gonna let us roam around in a limited world, that would mean they have every aspect of roaming around tweaked correctly and all that would be left is story basically.
