GTA IV. It is not the game of the year IMHO, but it's still a one of a kind experience and a must buy. Im passing on W@W because Im sick of WW2 games, and dont get COD 4, because Modern Warfare 2 will be out in 09

It didn't get GOTY this year.............
Wher did I say it won this year? It did'nt, but it kills all these games, and I have played them all. Oblivion is way deeper and more fun than these three choices.

And I thought I was the only Becoming the Archtype fan... this is amazing.
:D I thought the same thing, atleast on Gamespot. :P They're absolutely amazing. Dichotomy is better than The Physics of Fire, imo. Terminate Damnation is still my favorite, though. "Elegy" is just too epic. :P

It also got a GOTY edition IMO the game would be perfect if it had some sort of coop
GTA IV is a must buy, even though some people say it sucks. Most likely you will get bored one day and would want to around on a shooting rampage. But they need a cheat for god mode :(. COD4 is also a must, but GTA IV > COD4 > WaW
