GTA Problem

hey my GTA 4 on PS3 isnt working, when it gets to the loading screen where all those pictures appear (police with shot gun, a gang playing cards etc), and after 2-3 mins it loads, but now it doesnt, the pictures go on a continuous loop with no music

any suggestions?

GTA 4 has had a lot of problems...

though i havent heard about this one, maybe something to do with the 3.00/ 3.01 update like with uncharted?

Mine crashed a few hours ago, I had just been Boating with Brucie

1.) I was not in the boat, according to the map I was still on the side of the dock, so when taking the boar to it's destination I had to use my own initiative because the map did not correspond with the boat position it stayed where I was orignially docked.

2.) Then after I returned and Bruice says "YEAH GOOD TIMES" and he leaves you are left their and his jeep is ALWAYS their. So I press triangle and Niko opens the passenger door and punches NO ONE and says "get out of the car" like usual in a car jacking, but no one was their and he did the motion where he throws some one out.

3.) I then got out of the driver seat to see if it happened again, and Niko was stuck in the passenger seat this time, but the game never crashed, I could change the camera and stuff and pause but Niko would not move, he was just sat their with the engine running.

Delete the game data and reinstall before calling Sony. It may have got corrupted

Yeah I noticed but I'm not writing an english essay so I did not go back to change it.

Did you really feel the need to post just about that and not actually help the TC with his problem ?

the problem is its still a problem after re intall

hey daz, try loading the game and not be signed into psn. That was the original issue with gta when it first released. Maybe 3.00 set something back but give it a shot.

Try updating to 3.01?

It fixed issues with some games freezing, particularly Uncharted. My Uncharted kept on freezing, i updated to 3.01 and then the freezing issue was gone :)
