For the people who are too lazy to go to playstation.com: (All this info was taken from the update page on playstation.com). You can see the page at http://www.us.playstation.com/PS3/Network/Updates/PS3_200_update.html#theme

1. Prepare a storage media (Memory Stick Duo or a USB Device).

2. Use your PC to do these tasks on your storage media:

- Create a folder named "PS3", and then in that folder create a subfolder named "THEME" (ALL CAPS)

3. Download the theme.

4. Unzip the file and then save the downloaded theme in the "THEME" subfolder on your storage media.

- The theme must be " (name).p3t"

5. Insert the storage media in the PS3 system.

6. Go to: Settings > Theme Settings > Theme > Install

7. Click on the theme that was saved on the storage media.

8. After installation has been completed, go to: Settings > Theme settings > Theme, then select the theme.

Hooray! You just transferred a theme from your PC to your PS3!

Surf the web, I just simply google "Ps3 custom themes" and you'll get a whole list of sites filled with custom themes! :)

You need a program to unzip the folder. The best one in my opinion is Winzip (you can get it here). After you download the file, open it up, then Winzip should automatically open. Just keep clicking next until you hit finish, then it'll be unzipped.

Making a subfolder is extremely simple. Its the same thing as making a folder. A subfolder is literally a folder in another folder. When you open a folder, simply right click anywhere in an open area and click "New Folder".
