halo 3 on ps3

Sure this thread belongs here, it's not a system wars thread in my opinion. But anyway, people are going to blame Sony for this, and say that Sony wants Halo, and that they're advertising it to get customers, but they didnt. They didnt have anything to do with this. That was filmed at a Blockbuster in the UK where somebody probablyscrewed up and had that commerical going on at the PS3 hub thing. carljohnson3456

Why would people blame sony for this.

No.1 no matter what sony did halo would never come to ps3 not even for a trillon pounds, it's a microsoft owned IP,microsoft owns the devloper bungie.

No.2 theres a good chance whoever did this thought it was a funny prank to film and stick on the net, some xbox fangirl saying "lol look sony promoted halo 3" and if they did it's quite sad somebody went out there way to do this, just like the people who pretended to run gears on ps3 and RFOM on 360.

No.3 or it was just an employer mistake, though i doubt it, i'd bet some blockbuster employee downloaded the trailer to memory stick or whatever and put it on the ps3 then him and his buddy filmed itwhile giggling like school girls.

The people blaming sony for this, are just stupid. good old stupid. nothing fancy, just stupid. and i don't see the reason why they would put Halo 2.5 on the PS3. since the PS3 is gonna have a great year when we hit 2008. why would they want ONE mediocre (imho) game on it when they get a ton off better games later on?. zeforgotten

quality aside... no one can deny that the Halo series sells like mad. Halo 2 almost hit half of its potential userbase on the Xbox. i don't think any other console game has ever come close (although maybe some Nintendo games have).

if someone denies that the Halo series are selling good. they abviously have some problem. but i like to believe that it's the true gamers (the one that loves games for what they are, and wont give it higher praise than it should, like the fanboys do) that are the reason for alot of Halo games sold. and i agree with some of the points. Halo was good, but Halo 2 didn't do nothing really for the Series, and Halo 3 looks nothing too fancy. to me it just looks like a game that has to live on, because of the name.

same here, after the disappointing halo 2, i hope halo 3 is more like the first one. and i wish they had never put duel wielding in, sure its kinda cool, but it just makes no sense.

but since this is a PS3 forum i'll stop talking about that lol. I find it funny the people who would think sony did this, just like the people who say britney spears looked fat last night. the ones saying that are most definitely 3 times her size. they are all just best to be ignored
