Hardest Platinum you have earned

Out of all the Platinum trophies you have earned, which did you find the hardest to get?

The answers in the poll are just games I think lots of people do find hard, but please do comment saying which platinum you found hardest.

I voted Resistance 2 even though I still haven't got the 10,000 kills in multiplayer. THat takes toooo much time I am only about 2,100 kills so I just gave up.

I've got no platinum trophies so no good, though I want to ask which Platinum Trophy's the easiest.

I managed to get the R2 platinum after endless hours of boredom. All of the trophies were fun to get apart from killing machine

I've got no platinum trophies so no good, though I want to ask which Platinum Trophy's the easiest.

Easiest I got was either Burnout Paradise or Terminator Salvation

I only have 2 and they are some of the easiest: Assassin's Creed 2 and Dante's Inferno. I guess I'll say AC2 because of the feathers. Wasn't hard, but just time consuming is all.

How long did Midnight LA take? I was thinking of buything that for a quick platinum, lol. Have you got the platinum for either The Saboteur or Bioshock 2? If so, are either of them quick/easy?

Forgot to mention the best part, *SOMEWHAT SPOILER IF YOU HAVEN'T BEATEN KILLZONE 2******* The last push in Radecs academy on veteran is harder than any call of duty or any level i have played. Well worth the effort though. Took me about 258 tries.Kokuro_Kun

:O . I thought Call of duty world at war was hard enough on veteran. but dosen't surprise me too much I guess, i struggled on that level even on normal difficulty!

Mirror's Edge, I would say Killzone 2 but I don't have the platinum yet but I already got the Elite trophy and the 1% trophy on KZ2.

Midnight club is a great game (at least offline). But I gave up on the platinum. Takes a pretty long freikign time just to beat the single player, and when I tried it the multiplayer it was completely broken for me. So the online trophies were a no-go. My connection probaly played a significant role (NAT3), but I don't think any other game for me was as unplayable online as Midnight Club, so Rockstar/2K must deserve some blame too. I've read some of their other games had servier issues as well where the online was messed up (2K10 hoops, GTAIV,etc)

I think the hardest game to get a Platinum in is Star Ocean 4.-Hoax-

-For me probably Modern Warfare 2 due to special ops, spec ops was genuinely a challenge for me. I started out trying to do it all solo and that turned out to be beastly difficult (miles harder than the single player on Veteran). I did most of them solo which probably is not what it was designed for.. Ended up finding some partners to do the last 8 or so missions co-op, even then we did lots of retries so it wasn't that easy.

After that it's Quantum of Solace and Bad Company 2. But those weren't really that bad, just a little grinding here and there, (Q of Solace you needed like 5000 kills and do something specific in ALL the different game modes online, but at least that's not 10,000 kills like Resistance 2 or Bad Company 1 )

Terminator Salvation for me was by far the easiest. Rented it. Only took one play through on hard (4 hours) to get the platinum. Madagascar Karts was the other rediculously easy one for me. Right there with Terminator Salvation.

that race held me up for like 3 days, but it was a blast. Its the best feeling when you finally earn that sucker...(the one your grinding at)

Street Fighter IV. El Fuerte's last trial is a pain to execute with a regular controller.... took me 2 days to finally get it.

I have 19 plats and none of them are on the survey. Other it is.

For me Batman: Arkham Asylum, you wonder why ? Because of those Combat Challenges were so hard. Doing like lots fo combos without even missing one took me 1 day. I felt so good, besides Batman is my favorite hero since I was a kid.

Same, the challenges were the hardest part of plating Batman Arkham Asylum and as well makes it the hardest game I've gotten a platinum. The other two would be The Sabotour and Assassins Creed 2. Assassins was easy and the Saboteur was just time consuming trying to blow up all the locations. Infamous would also would be on the list if I had the bloody points at the end of the game to purchase that last Evil skill to complete that trophy. That's the only one I still have to get, leaving me at 95% and I honestly don't feel like playing through a third time at the moment. May do that close to Infamous 2 release like I was planning on getting the plat for Dead Space when Dead Space 2 is close to coming out.

I hear you bro. That was rather stressful, I found the only way to do that level on veteran was to learn the small "dead zones" where the enemies never threw a single grenade at you, and just hang there with a bolt action rifle in cover, taking potshots, then moving on and doing same thing

call of duty (waw and mw2) is not hard. not surea bout classic, but waw and mw2 would take about 10-12 hours with youtube guide video. Of course rambo player claim it's so hard in veteran, well you just have to take it slowly in veteran mode, then you should be fine.

demon's souls is not hard either, i got it in 2.5 playthrough with youtube guide video. you can borrow weps and rings from friend, all you need is to get miracle and magic unlocked.

Resistance 2 is harder than COD and DS cuz it's too boring to finish it. platinum nah

Spec Ops was definitely a challenge. Snatch & Grab in particular was the one me and my partner struggled with the most - the stupid juggernauts gave us major problems. I was actually pretty proud of myself that I managed to solo Estate Takedown on my first try, though it took me 45 minutes. :)

Also anyone who says the campaign on Veteran was easy has to be joking. The mission "Loose Ends" in particular was a major pain in the a** when you and Ghost had to run across the open fields to try to get to the chopper.

Wait until most of the Russians run up the hill, then run out and take out the two or three left on the right side and run along the field as far right as possible. Then throw some flashes down the hill and stay as far right as possible until you get blown up and Ghost starts dragging you.

Snatch & Grab is easy if you just want to get 3 stars...you can run through this mission like terminal...

it took me about 10 mins to get it 3 stars

However, if you want to do it in normal way, yeah it's hard.

MW2/Waw's veteran mode is challening but not impossible (MW2's is easier). if you play it slowly, you shouldnt have problem.

SF4's trial mode trophy is much much harder than veteran. cuz it's almost impossible to get those combo with controllers for normal players.

I have 10 platinums but they are all pretty easy ones. I guess Mirror's Edge would be the hardest of the ones I have.
