has a patch come out for watchdog improving graphics?

I just read on 24/7 gaming that it has improve graphiccs similar to e3 2012 demo. It's this true or just a patch for other graphics and glitch issues?

I saw a video talking about the pc guy that unlock the graphics from e3 2012 and how Ubisoft was possible told to not give those type of graphics to the public. I forgot the reason but it's from machismo YouTube video.

@ewalthour: Luckily, this morning, I stumbled across a post which revealed that the glorious graphics seen 2 years ago at E3 is now restored, thanks to modders. Its a mod which you add to the game, and I think it is only for PC.

They mention ps4 and ps3 getting a patch also.

PS3 & PS4 patch was bug fixes and I believe it fixes the save game glitch where sometimes your save wouldn't load.

well, i have checked the comparison of the mod on pc, and i have to say that the released original looks much better... :)

i didn't have any issues with it on ps4, everything was smooth as silk... :D
