on 360 and PS3 that PS3 has a better score on Gamespot. Because I have yet to see one.WiiFreak77
well name me a game thats on both systems that was first on the ps3 then the 360 thats has gotten a score, all are ports from 360 so that would be my guess why
I think its been commonly known that its very hard to take a game originally designed for 360 and port it to the PS3. Not only will the PS3 versions probably suffer for some reason due to the difficulty with the transfer but the games are also pretty old by the time they are finally released. Rainbow Six looks hella sweet but its coming out months after the 360 version. Its old news by now so its not as overwhelming as when first experienced to the reviewers? When the games begin to be released at the same time or hit PS3 first we'll see some favorable reviews to the PS3. I bet Devil May Cry 4 favors the PS3 in reviews.
The majority of gamers do not check reviews before buying. Therefore, there would be no real point in "buying off" gamespot, if that is what you are suggesting. And like the other person said, ports usually get worse scores, because it's been seen before... Unless they manage to add new stuff. Resident Evil 4 on the PS2 was a great game, had a ton of extra contnet, and still got a lower score than the gamecube version.
