i was playing my ps3 for like an hour and all of a sudden it goes from silent to the sound the ps2 makes. it never happened before but now it does it time from time and i dont even play it too much anyways. jus wondering if this has happened to you guys and if you have a solution please tell me. thanks
How do you play your games guys.... on silent mode? When you playing Resistance with all that guns and chaos sounds... I don't believe you can hear your PS3 fan running out loud, unless you are close to your PS3 and you have your tv volume way low.

true unlike the xbox even on high volume u can hear it Lol, I was at my friends house in the rumpus room meter playing Gears on his Xbox 360 (about 5 or so meters from his TV and 360) and he has surround sound, it was cranked pretty loud, but I could still hear the *VERRRRRRRRRRRRR* of the 360 during some parts, I can't say the same about my Ps3 on Resistance, and I sit about 2 meters from my TV, with only the TVs speakers.
