I had bought a 40GB hard drive ps3. Everyone knows 40GB is nothing when it comes to how much the PS3 games and updates take up space, so I fixed it i bought me a 500 GB hard drive off newegg. Now my PS3 is holding all my photos, music, videos, and everything else. My PS3 is my full entertainment, and my computer is now just used for school. I was wonder How big is you hard drive and have you put all your media on it?

Standard 60GB here-which is plenty-i just delete demos i've had enough of and never have filled more than two thirds of the drive in the 15 months ive now had my PS3.

I use my PS3 60g just for games and things to do with games.

I still use my computer for music / photos / videos and internet etc.

yeah i dont have any movies or photos on my ps3 and have 47 gigs filled up with just game installs and psn games! if you buy games like i do and dont like uninstalling and then installing again when you wanna play. then you will need a bigger hdd wait till the reall good games start coming out over the next couple years

I ran out of space a long time ago (60gb), so I bought a 320gb HDD back in April.

I buy a lot of games, I frequently go back to old games, and I don't sell games, so deleting installs makes no sense in my case.

I probably would have gone bigger then 320gb, but that was the biggest available when I upgraded.
