Haze should've been released by now but it got delayed to Q1 of 2008. After a while another delay for Q3 of 2008. And now... It got delayed once more to Q2 2009. I personally not going to buy this game since I wanted to play this until the bigger titles come out like MGS4 and KZ2.

It says:

"The company now expects the title to arrive at some point during its 2008 fiscal year, which runs from April 1, 2008 to March 31, 2009."

So it could be release any time from April 1 08 - March 31 09.

But I find it hard to believe that they would delay a game that was meant to be released in Dec 2007 to 2009, just seems absurd to me.

So all those gameplay footage on those trailers are what, pre-rendered? and that the development just started? what could possibly be taking them this long anyways? And you're right once its out this game will be outdated. And don't really wanna hear another excuse PS3 is hard to develop for, this could be just plain laziness and unorganized. Just like some companies who cancels game mid-development.

This sorta happens all the time. A company overpromises and underdelivers. It's usually because the staff that they hired to do the job were inadequate. This is usually when a company is trying to pinch pennies and hire programmers and designers right out of school. And in a lot of cases, from those lame schools that pretend to tell you how to make games. Once they go through that big letdown, they let everyone go "trim the fat", and pay the money required to get some real talent. What that means to me and you is that we get a game much later than promised. Epecially if they had to scrap a bunch of poor work.

Actually Haze is near completion this has more to do with Ubisoft than Free Radical. So this ^^ is a major assumption.

Farout. Ubisoft and Free Radical aren't impressing me lately. I had pre-ordered it about 4-6 months ago and now I'm going to wait 6 or so months...

what he said...it's more of ubisoft milking outassasins creed some more for this fiscal year so they can get as much money as they want...i feel sorry for letting them publish the game....

1. The only thing delaying the game , is the hype for a generic FPS no one knows anything about!!!!!!!!!!!

2. Originally this thing looked and played like Blacksite and Turok, but somehow some hype came with this game and if it were released now everyone would be dissapointed!!! So they took some time off to work on this game that still needs a ton of work!!!

3. Just like Little big planet, a psn game for $9.99 was supposed to come out awhile ago, but because of this hype the company decided to add about 70% more features to this interactive cut and paste game!!!!

Both will be a huge let down, sorry fellas!!!

how the hell would you kno what the game plays like? And there not goin to fail, just cus you dont care for them. Like I think its imposible for Little Big to be a let down, everything they hav said is in the game already.
