hdd and game installs

how much does installing take up on average and how much faster are load times. and couldnt this be problamatic someone said ngs took up 3 gigs so if i buy 20 games i cant save all the data tothe hard drive seeing as how its full qith installs from previous games?

each game that allows a full install probably takes up about 3-4GB of space. you can always manually delete the game files if you start to run out of space.

just go to games and delete the system memory for that game

How?

hopefully someone will back me up on this since I don't have a PS3 to look at. But you go to the Game section and you should have a "Game Data" and "Game Utility" folders. The Game Data is your saved games, I believe. The Game Utility is where data from the game is cached to the hard drive. go into that directory, highlight the folder for the game, press triangle, and there should be a "Delete" option.

let someone else verify this before you go deleting stuff.
