Woah, ignore those 2 guys, they're so wrong. You can get 2.5" drives in the many hundreds of gigs...the larger the drives storage the faster it goes. Infact the fastest consumer drive is a 2.5". There is no certain limit to the size the PS3 can support but Im guessing the current HDs are smaller than its limit.teebeenzShow me a 2.5" LAPTOP HARDDRIVE, that is higher than 160gigs.. Right now, the limiting factor for size on the Ps3 is the FACT THAT YOU CANT GET HIGHER THAN 160G.. I am not wrong. You are wrong. There are no 2.5" hdd's "many hundreds of gigs" dude.. BTW.. It's not the larger the drive the faster it goes.. are you smoking crack? The smaller the drive, typically the faster it goes, your hdd head has less to read, therefore it's MS is lower which = faster. You wont see 500g hds that are faster than raptor drives which are 10k rpms.. and even raptor drives arent as fast as 15,000rpm 36g scsi drives. Learn your facts.
