I'm thinking about buying a PS3, yet I've heard that the official HDMI cables cost nearly $60. Can anyone recommend a solid third party HDMI cable that isn't too expensive? Thanks.

I bought my two HDMI cables on eBay, and haven't had any issues with either one of them. From my understand, all HDMI cables are pretty much made the same way. I think I spent like 15.00 for the two that I got including shipping. Don't waste your money going with a big name brad like Monster. Just do a keyword search on eBay for HDMI cables.

Yeah just get a cheap one.

If you don't want to buy online, just look in various stores around you for the cheapest HDMI cable. Don't look for a PS3 specific cable, instead just get a random HDMI cable.
