hdmi/component

hey guys where can i get a cheap hdmi cable? every where i look they are at least $69.99 canadian dollars, since they are digital, its either on or off, so i don't think it's worth the price. also, component cables also support up to 1080p, do they have the same visual quality? thanks in advance

Yeah but they work flawlessly. I just got my ps3 last sunday and ordered that hdmi cable and got it on wensday. and its great.

I bought an HDMI cable off of Newegg for $5 (plus $5 shipping) and it works just fine. It's only rated for 5GB/S but for 720p and 1080i it works great (the next highest is 10.2 GB/S but that's mainly for HDMI version 1.3, which wasn't a concern for me :P ) . Would have cost me $40-50 more at a local store.

Video quality should be about the same but the audio quality should be slightly better with an HDMI connection.
