Your eyes are probably still adjusting to the transition.

I think you just have to get used to it. As someone else stated, do not sit too close.

Stay 4 to 6 feet away from the screen then. You're probably sitting too close.

Try sitting at about 20 ft from it, this will insure that you have optimal viewing pleasure. Also, the more Monster cables you buy, the better your 3D experience will be. And make sure you don't have to use the bathroom, and if you are hungry, eat.

The standard picture setting on most HDTV's has everything cranked up to the max to try to wow customers in the store. Check out some of the other picture settings that are a lot less bright. Maybe that will help.

20ft?! I couldn't see my TV from there. How big is your living room, anyway?

Look, put in any Lucas DVD and use the THX optimizer to adjust some settings. If you really want to do it right youll get on Amazon and order Digital Video Essentials on BR. Made a world of difference on my Sony and you'll learn some things you probably didn't know before hand.

If the back-light is set to high and/or the brightness is to high this can cause your eyes to hurt and cause headaches. I have a Bravia and found that having the reduced power option selected everything looks better overall.
