Heavenly Sword or Uncharted.

Alright guys.

I am out to spen quite a few bucks today.

First I am getting my 27" HD Tube, Orange Box for my 360, a Wii (brawl on Sunday), some accesories, and I have to buy a PS3 game.

I tried looking at reviews, and asked some co-workers (at Bestbuy). Reviews got me slanted on Uncharted, and my co-workers said Heavenly Sword.

What do you guys thin wil be better. I can only get one of them for now. Thanx.

Good luck finding a Wii. You can't just stroll right into a store and get one. As for your question I enjoyed Heavenly Sword more than Uncharted, but that doesn't mean that Uncharted isn't good. Uncharted has lasted longer for me than Heavenly Sword.bdhoff

i'll go with uncharted since i liked it. Haven't played hevenly sword yet but heard it's a bit short.

Well i've clocked both heavenly sword and uncharted.....and i have to admit.....if i were in ur shoes...i'll definitely get uncharted drakes fortune. When i first purchased heavenly sword i clocked it within the afternoon.....and the game was far too repetitive....playing it was frustrating at times because enemies would block heaps of your attacks...the game revolves around u dodging enemy attacks and counter attacking....if u attack head on then it would be a bit harder....and the final boss in this game was a pain in the rear......cause he just blocks and blocks and getting a combo on him was hard as....but.....after a gruesome 15 minutes of trying to nail the boss....i finally did it....and the next day....i returned heavenly sword to EBGAMES and exchanged it for warhawk. So in my opinion......rent heavenly sword....u'll clock it within a day...or 2 max.

Now with Uncharted drakes........this game is definitely a game to remember......i mean.....when i purchased the game...it was on sale....i didnt buy it on launch date like i did with heavenly sword........the game was on sale...which was why i purchased it....but if i knew how good the game was....i would've purchased it full price when it just came out. The game is very similar to Prince of Persia........puzzle and adventure wise....but action wise....the game is a 3rd person shooter....so its a great combination. The humor in this game is pretty good....the game is more a movie.....and a good one at that. It took me around about 8 hours to clock...but after clocking it.......replaying it on harder difficulties was fun. The game had its hard moments.....but its nothing frustrating...its just the fact that i was careless and ran into enemy fire. Uncharted drakes is definitely a game worthy in your game collection....so thats why i recommend u purchasing this game rather heavenly sword........its got story.....action......romance.....tragedy......suspense......horror....its got the whole thing on a tiny blu ray disk! I dont wanna spoil anything for u......just purchase the game....u wont regret it!

First, welcome to the wonderful world of HD, although I think by definition HDTV's are not "tubes." :)

Second, and much more importantly, Uncharted is so much better than Heavenly Sword it's hard for me to even compare them with a straight face. I know you will find a lot of people who swear by HS, and I was really looking forward to it as I'm a fan of good action-adventure games (God of War, Ninja Gaiden), but after about 3 hours of that crap I gave up on HS. Uncharted bests it in every way. Go Drake, and you'll never go back.

Yup. its pretty average. I had it. played it for a few weeks and stoped caring about it.

both are very good games but uncharted has more stuff to unlock hence more fun :D

but theyre short so id say u rent

I have yet to play HS although I heard great things about it. You will not be disappointed with Uncharted.

I think Heavenly Sword blows uncharted out of the water. The story and cut scenes are epic. Uncharted is good too but in the end it's a fairly cookie cutter story. Both are fairly short though so if money is an issue just rent em...

Average? Predictable? Dull? Honestly man, get some perspective. We obviously weren't playing the same Uncharted. Anyway, back to the topic, I personally liked Uncharted more. It is a game that gets you thinking and is really addicive. It also has alot of replay value and, contrary to a previous post, a great story and instantly likeable characters. You won't regret it.

I got uncharted, instead. I heard better thing especially from the gamestop guys.

both games are worth a buy, they are both fairly short. but it all comes down to if you prefer martial arts action or gunplay. personaly get both there is no bad choice herebruce-leroy

I have to buy one at a time, I am exercising restraint :) Plus, I don't like buying 2 good games for one system at the same time, since I end up rushing thru them. I will definitely be picking up heavenly sword next.

Heavenly sword is more of a rental because of how short it is, so I would buy uncharted and rent Heavenly sword

As great as it looked, the heroine, for all her looks, is a **** character. The game made no difference in my life whatsoever. Sayonara.

Thats how I exactly felt to about HS. Got to the end and just did not care.
