hey guys, i've been thinking lately...just yesterday, i went and passed by EBgames and i still found out that heavenly sword still has a 54.99 price tag (approximation)..and well..not too long ago.., my older brother told me that he's been wanting a copy for like awhile..he's just been distracted and strayed away from it cuz of all the upcoming games and all..anyway, i've never played it..i was just asking..what's so great about it? all i think about it is: its short, no re-play value and a GOW imitate...yea..just wonderin' what's so great about it anyway?
The Production values are amazing, It honestly feels like your playing through a movies, the boss battles are good, the combos are awesome and the musical score is brilliant (i still have the demo on my ps3 to listen to that loop sometimes, cause it sounds awesome). It is short, but I've played through it enough times on the various difficulties, Its up there as one of my favourite PS3 games at the moment.
But seriously, I thought it was a great, ambitious game that didn't sell too well. It is a bit short, but that's not necessarily a bad thing.
People complain about it being short, but that must say something about the quality of the game itself, non?
It's obvious that people wanted more, but with all the other games out, it's probably best that you wait until the price drops or find it cheaper somewhere else.
Everything about the game is first class, story, Heroin, music, graphics and gameplay. It is a collectors game. I have paid it several times and just do not find it boring. If it ever comes down in price pick it up, you will not regret it.

I agree... I'd rather have a really great short game (COD 4 single player campaign) than a good long, drawn out game (see: Oblivion) Heavenly Sword is worth it.... though I'd wait to see if it becomes a greatest hits anytime soon

because its the nicest sig out there as for NOW Damage control for something that most likely isn't happening anyway. Who would care if the 360 got an MGS title anyway? Everyone should play it, especially if it's the greatness known as MGS4
