haha yeah heavenly sword sure is one helluva amazing game, i am not sure which i like best though...is really tough for me to decide. i'll have a better idea when heavenly sword 2 and god of war 3 comes out ;)
was finally able to pick up my pre-order today (yeah, yeah I know)... haven't had much time to play it (about 1 1/2 hours), but I am loving it so far :)
i like HS alot better than GOW, its just better paced and the combat is way better. not really a fan of puzzles in action adventure games, so hS is perfect.

Yeah whenever i get to a puzzle in most action games I just think WHO THE HELL PUT THIS HERE AND WHY?!?!?!??!
heavenly sword is slighter better, but god of war 2 was my favourite ps2 game...Heavenly sword is my favourite game so far this gen but if anything it makes me even more pumped to think how awesome god of war 3 could be!! I hope they announce it soon!!!pumped to play the new god of war on psp though
I gotta say Heavenly Sword was very awesome indeed. The only thing, I wish it was a little longer. Maybe God of War length? That would've been nice. The developers say they'll add additional downloadable HS content if it sells well, so everyone who reads this thread and hasn't purchased it yet, go buy it! :) Seriously. As for the comparison, I find that God of War is a classic, so it's a bit unfair to compare Heavenly Sword to it, if you ask me. I don't neccessarily believe that HS is BETTER than GoW, but it's certainly up there as being one of the best games I've ever had the pleasure of playing.
yeah this game is awesome..the acting and animation is the best ive seen so far...seriously, the acting in this game makes you feel like your watching a movie..a damn good movie..I love GOW..best game ive played in ps2...but HS is the best game ive played in ps3...so I say I love em both..1 is not better than the other
