No, it's out as of Feb. 23 in the U.S. Check release dates on GS and Amazon. Of course, its street date may have been broken by some stores, there's no guarantee.
If you don't want the game spoiled, stay away from the topic on the HR board about something in the plot being meaningless. It's spoiled (I guess, unless the OP is lying) for me but I'm still excited to play it because I want to see how everything else plays out leading up to the reveal at the end.

Gamespot usually reviews after the game is released. Sometimes on the day of the release, sometimes not. An example would be Jak and Daxter: The Lost Frontier for the PSP, it took them like over a month to make the review. :P
