Heavy rain problem!

I start the game from the menu then when it shows that paper figure on the right hand side on the screen loading it dosin't load it just stays there.

HELP?

Maybe the disc should be cleaned..and goodness forbid it's your blu-ray drive going bad. Or maybe the hdd,,i don't know.

Try running the game again. If it doesnt work, then do this: Have you played the game already? Maybe your save is corrupted. Or the installed data. Try deleting installed data from Game Data utility on XMB, as well as the patch. And then run the game to install it and patch it again. Thats all i can think of.
