I liked the mood and everything in that clip, but the girl looked weird. The animations were good don't get me wrong but she didn't have enough expressions to make it believeable. I wasn't interested in this title till now.

The video is a few years old and is just a tech demo, the screenshots however, which look heavenly sword good, are current.

It's not a screenshot but a video clip lol. Anyway, this game doesn't interest me at all. I don't know what it's about, it may look good but it doesn't seem interesting.

yeah because, if they annouce a release date to soon and with development of this game it can get delayed alot, so then people will moan. keeping it a low profile will help avoid this but it also means many will wonder if its cancelled or moaning to say for a release date. and for people not knowing about the game here doesn't tell you tons but tells you about plot with no spoilers. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Heavy_Rain

the main character model looks fantastic, almost better than most CGI movies but the environment look like crap from what i can tell from the excessive use of blur, im also worried about the character design.

i think the tech demo gives the game a boost because it shows how the ppl working with the game can tell a story and grip your attention. I was really on the edge of my seat for that whole encounter. From what I hear Indigo Prophecy (which is not related to Heavy Rain but is made by the same ppl and is said to have the same tone) was an amazing game with a great great storyline

Wow, something graphically pretty. I think we've seen that before and we all want more than graphically perty things. We want an actual good game/storyline to go with it. I'll wait til we see more...
