I ve done it its not that hard. you have to set up a internet connection with random numbers on  both the psp and ps3 and on the ps3 set it up under remote play.

On the psp enter under network settings-infrastructure-enter manualy-new connection-enter manually and make the ssid something random like pie...or tutu mine is just psp. continue make your securicty settings WPA-PSK (AES) and then make a password to your likeing and the requirements of that type of password. Address settings are easy and just name your connection what ever you like

On the PS3 go to network settings and select remote play and enter the EXACT same settings as on the psp and select remote play on both systems

Enable ATRAC or whatever that 5 capital letter thing is....I hear that needs to be enabled for remote play.
