Help for Battlefield 4 Players

Ok so the game is defective beyond belief. Here are a few things that might help some of you.

*you cant customize from the main menu - Huge failure by DICE because I must enter a game just to work on my customizations and then quit the game. This doesn't help the game when you have player starting and quitting just to use the menu. However you can use the practice area to customize.

*Use servers not quickplay to join 64 player games. - You will most likely be alone and the system wont pair you with anyone. If you wait long enough someone might see you and start filling the server.

*Delete save file on both PS4 and Cloud. - This will allow you to join games and wont delete your stats or so far it has not. YOu will still get crashes and still get the error but you will be able to play full matches.

*No one talks - I just thought id add this. I have no idea why everyone rushes forward and dies. The team that communicates a little always wins.

Any idea on how to turn up the volume on the mic that came packed in with the PS4? The sound is really low and there is no way to turn it up.

@XspidervenomX: I can only play tdm right now and have played probably 30-40 matches with 3 people actually using mics during that time. You are right, the team that sticks together/communicates dominates the other. I cannot understand why no one uses the packed in mics. That is how you build friends list and such. Just a poor community right now I guess. My user name is T_0_D (a zero in the middle) add me if you want to play strategic and use a mic.

Im from the old Warhawk days when you could shout out about the guy with the binoculars under the bridge or someone sneaking in the base or talking to the guy repairing my tank for 50 kills.. ahh the days.. I loved winning so many matches .. I don't always talk and or sometimes its late at night and I just cant wake anyone up.. I was surprised at how no one talks and it sucks getting shot from behind or getting mowed down and just running forward and the other team just moves in ...I can tell when the other team is talking because I see some coordinated attacks that overwhelm that could only be communication.
