I see you own FFT, so you might give Disgaea a try; it's similar in that it is an SRPG. I didn't much like it, but I know many people do. hockey73Yeah that game seems interesting to me, but I'm not sure how the story is on it, and that's another thing i forgot to mention i'm trying to find a game with a good story. Hell mabey im asking to much for a game on my psp XD. OH i have also played both untold legends games on my psp if that helps XD.
Brave Story; awesome RPG for being a traditional and simple RPG. millerjs1986How are side missions? and what about end game? Also on a side note, what does everyone think about Mana Khemia Student Alliance ? I know about the load times, but cant you just save part of it on the memory stick to reduce the load times? Also I want to get into disgaea, i'm just not sure about it. I have never been a big SRPG fan(but FFT was one of the rare games that i loved, i own the ps1 and psp version.)

Disgaea has a pretty good story. Multiple endings too (the main three ending depend on how many times you kill your allies lol)
Its pretty long too, with a lot of charecter creation options.
Yeah i read their are a lot of videogame related jokes, and the etna mode looks interesting to me too. Can you explain to me how the towns work? and is it like FFT where i choose the city and area and fight stuff? also for the game you guys think this is a good deal? http://www.rosenqueen.com/product.php?productid=16258&cat=22&page=1 its 35 altogether with 12 dollar shipping. (comes with the game, strategy guide, the disgaea manga, and psp case) Also anyone get the strategy guide? how is it? and is it newspaper like oblivion/fallout 3, or glossy? thanks guys ^_^GamingTrek
You basically have a home base that you freely move around in. So you can talk to people and buy stuff, etc. The Story in Disgaea: Afternoon of Darkness is amazing. It has a good pace and can even be serious when it wants to but its probably the most hilarious game I have ever played (excluding the sequels).
Edit: Oh, and yeah you can choose where to fight and stuff, it basically has everything you can want in a videogame, optional bosses, side quests, extra characters, overpowered weapons, teleportation (sort of), you get what I'm saying.

AH ok thats cool, At least it has a semi city lol. Does it get boring at all? Thats one thing about final fantasy tactics happend with me, i loved the game and story, but after i beat it i got bored with it lol. Other than etna mode, what are some new game + bonuses?Get FF7 off of PSN.IvanElki bought it, waiting for my adapter for my 4 gb, haha way ahead of you XD.
For Disgaea's new game+ bonuses you probably already know you can keep your levels and always keep getting new endings (I think 8 different endings total). Of course there are as I already mentioned uber powerful optional bosses after you beat the game that kinda expands on the story a bit. The level cap is level 9999,....sooo that takes a lot longer to reach than other games where their cap is 99. And yes you can have optional bosses and enemies by at level 9999 as well. I don't think I ever got Laharl to level 9999 or even close.
