You want to make a $40+ game purchase based solely on which one has the easiest trophy? /facepalm.Get one of the first two depending on which game setting is more appealing to you. To compare the Saboteur to either them isn't very fair.
U2...AC2 should be your next game you're saving for. You'll like the multi-player in U2 too which will add some value to your purchase.
Assassin's Creed 2 is the longest and has the easiest trophies.I have 91% of the trophies at the moment.

The Sabouteur has the easiest Plat. All you need to do is finish the game and you have it. It didn't even take me days, only hours.
