I have some money from christmas to spend and I am torn between two different games, totally different. I like FPS and RPGs. Which game do think I should get, Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2, or Demon Souls? Help me.

If you don't mind the challenge, Demon's Souls.
If you want some simple, shoot 'em up fun, MW2. I hate the game, personally, but I haven't tried the console versions of it.

Yea I was kind of conflicted because I heard its just the same as the others basically.
And I could use a good challenge.
I don't have either game yet but I'd go with Demon Soul's, mostly because thats the next game on my list and MW2 isn't on my list yet.
I heard Demon's Souls had a pretty steep learning curve. Is that true or was the salesguy at Gamestop trying to BS me? I was going to get an extra controller, Ratchet and Clank Future: A Crack in Time, extra USB cable (so I can charge both controllers at the same time) and Demon's Souls. The guy told me not to get it because it "has a very steep learning curve and it may frustrate you". I ended up puting the game back. I like a bit of a challenge as well. Still have $200 in Christmas money to spend.
You dont get frustrated as long as you dont die. , and there are some guides to help you pass levels, or connect online so you can get help.I heard Demon's Souls had a pretty steep learning curve. Demon's Souls is the better choice if you prefer playing alone rather than with friends. Dragon Age is more my cup of tea though.

It has a very steep learning curve, and it will frustrate you, but it is also awesome.
