HELP ME the official forum doesn't work!!!!

Hi there.I know this is probably not the right place to ask, but I'm not a member of other forums so I'll give it a try.

I'm european and I've tried access to the official european PS3 forums, without it ever loading. It has been going on for days now, and I start to wonder what's the problem. Why the european forums don't load for me?
