Help: R6 Vegas Bug

When playing oneline multiplayer on rainbow six vegas the game frequently and spontaniously exits and places me back in the main ps3 menu. IT happens at random times, so their is no specific thing that triggers it to my knowledge. It always happens during an actual game though, not in the menu.IF anyone can help that would be great.

Alot of people have this problem, I never have. What is your NAT type? That may be the problem.

Here's my theory. It always happens to me when I'm experiencing lag of some sort. I think it was built into the code of the game to send you back to the PEC if you or the game lagged too much in that game to protect the entire match from crashing, but within the code instead of sending you back to the PEC it actually runs the quit game script. Just my guess though.

Ok yes thats common for players that have NAT type 3. So maybe try to get a new internet service. If you dont want to have this problem anymore try to call up Sony, and ask how to get a NAT type 1, or 2.

I have NAT type 3, so like you said this must be the problem. Im not sure if ill be switching providers anytime soon, so i guess ill have to live with it. thanks

this happens to me offline too... mainly when loading... dont know what to tell you, the game can be almost unplayable for me at times

it has nothing to do with NAT 3. My friend and i have both experienced that bug and we both have NAT 2. Motorstorm also has that same bug but its only happened once.
