a system? you cant get mods for the 360 or ps3, mods are exclusive for pc. Although you can buy add ons from the 360 market place, not sure about the ps3 though. if you mean pc, well thats a bit obvious on how to get mods for it. at least i hope it is...

Go to the Fallout 3 forums. Its truly sad that they dont give any of their DLC to their PS3 fanbase but we cant really do much. I got the PC version so I can get the mods as DLC.

Wow... They have the company when you start up the game so, you ether don't play the game or your have vision problems. But here is the site Fallout 3
