i downloaded them and it opened up winzip wat do i do from there im confused :(
use a flash drive or portable hdd and extract the file to there. Open up the community section in UT3 and go to my content and press square.
The mutator out right now is one that gives shields for your guy if it is enabled on the server, but different ones will do different things I guess.
