Help with PSN sign in

Well i just tried to sign on to PSN for the first time since this whole thing happened and i get to my info page and it tells me i need to change my password before signing on. Which is fine. The problem is when i hit the "ok" button to change my password i keep getting a screen that says "An Error has occured (80710D36)". Has this happened to anybody else? If so what should i do? Any help would be appreciated. thanks

I get the same error code when i try entering the PS Store. I think it has to do with the servers being full.
