HELP!!!!!!!This stupid thing won't work

i got Metal gear portable ops plus and when i go online it won't let me host a game it says 'Cannot create game in the current network enviroment (Error"P519)

How far into the game are you? You might need to pass the game or gain recruit or something before being able to Host, I Herd the most common router that gives this problem is "Linksys WRT54GS" but then again you might need to complete the game
