Hideo Kojima says "wont be at E3"

so mr Kojima says he'll be a no show at this years E3. i was hoping he would be there to explain the photos of drawings and action figure of Gray Fox he put on his twitter recently. also maybe to release further MGS rising info or any further MGS info.... any thoughts ?!

Can't remember how the back side of Gray Fox's exoskeleton looked like in MGS1/TS, but the one on the action figure is veeeery similar to the Raiden exoskeleton in Rising. Would be cool if Gray Fox, or someone in a an exoskeleton like that action figure would appear in the game.
