okay so im just wondering whats the highest reachabl level in oblivion? not who has the highest level, but what is, i just wanna know if there is a level cap. ect.
no not the console version. The highest level varies from species to species and on what your major skills are. I got a high elf mage up to lvl 59 with all stats maxed out.

But then, you could always keep going to prison, which can lower skills, including major skills, so that you can continually level up...
Time consuming? You betcha. But it can be done.Â
You gain levels by gaining 10 skill ups in any of your major skills and they can only go up to 100 and can only start as low as 25. So, if you plan carefully your race and character focus (fighting, casting or thieving) you can pick 7 major skills without bonuses and have them all at 25 which allows for 7*75/10 levels = 53. But I'd say usually 47 - 51 is the norm.
