Yeah, I noticed. Odds are we will have to pay somewhere between .01 to a few bucks for some/most of the stuff. I saw it as sort of a myspace meets habbo hotel deal, with (of course) a Playstation touch :D I personally don't see myself utilizing the feature a terrible amount, but it sure does "broaden the spectrum" of the PS3's potential market. Can you imagine how many people this could potentialy pull in? sure $600 is a lot for a teenager... but.. i dunno. we'll just have to see.

if home is half as addictive as second life, then alot of people are never gonna see the sun again between playing games and just going around meeting people. oh and i guess people would eventually get back to gaming with next gen games. none the less i see millions of people being glued to their HD tv's and having no life outside of PS3. its all part of the evil master plan....those sony guys are evil geniuses :)
As a Wii fanboy (more or less), i would have to say... Finally something Sony does right, and by golly, that's a huge understatement. Just the home alone is more than worth it.
Yes, Finally sony. It was getting hard for me to defend my reasons for getting a ps3 this summer. They need to put home into the forefront of there marketing campaign. Make many commercials showing off this amazing piece of software.

Yea but that makes it better You can't have everyone with the same stuff it keeps it diverse. Sorry But If I got a Hot bachelor pad with some kick ass funiture i don't want everyone to have it too. Wouldn't be much since anyone can have wut you have. If I buy a BMW i don't want everyone to own one too,it wouldn't be the same
