HOME Beta Discussion Thread.

Ok so April is here, and well the Beta is supposed to start this month. OMG!!!11!1!1!!

Ok glad I got that out, now there's only gonna be 15000 in this closed beta scheduled for this month, what do you think ur chances are? What information do you think they gonna ask for? PSN ID? this will prevent alot of non ps3 owners signing up for the heck of it, I'm really excited about this feature and Will signed up as soon as I get a chance to do so, Even If i don't make it I hope there will be places where I can atleast view videos and pics of HOME gameplay, even though I think your not allowed to do while on beta I'm sure some people will still do it.

OK people so what do you think about this month's Home beta?

I don't really mind if I don't get in. So long as all the big name developers are getting a chance to explore and tinker around at home the same time as us to make the online for their games phenomenal. I'm hoping Kojima has already been allowed in and is already going to town with ideas for trophies and such. RurouniSaiyajin

well as for me i have the website as my home page so everyday when i go online is the first thing i see lol... and yeah .. if i get in kol io hope i can help sony out .. if i dont i can wait atlest i nkow when i do get in everythign will be the way it is GOOD .. lol.. porturocker

sorry but the home beta is a closed beta for developers, gamesites etc not for public..

the open home beta will be in august/september for public and the official home release will be in october/november...!

because there is a site doesnt mean its a site for the public

In April according to sony there's supposed to be a Closed Beta for Home for 15000 users, This is supposed to happen after the first Beta is finished, the one with the developers, Also if you're in the gamesite business it is unlikely that you will get in because this is a beta still and they don't want it to be reviewed,or critized and your not allowed to share any pictures or videos. There's an open beta for 50000 starting august, the difference between both is that the close you have to be accepted, and it's invite only, There is also a different section you go to for developer's that are interested where you enter you company name etc, it is stated so in the Internal Sony Document and the website http://home.scedev.net where they can registered immediatly and also reserve seats for the closed and open beta. Now you could be right and I could be wrong ,or the otherway around but your statement is as true as mine since there's no proof as to who is let into the closed beta, it does not say you have to be in a gamesite , all we know is theres a website where ur can registered a interest for the Beta, and it's open to anyone who's over 18 and has a master playstation account. And there's more proof as to it being for the public as to gamesites.( Developers is out of the question since they have their own website for that)
